Members of the EXIS instrument team attended the launch of the fourth and final GOES-R satellite, GOES-U, in June 2024 at NASA Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The LASP booth, including a model of the EXIS instrument, was set up under the space shuttle Atlantis in the KSC visitor center, where members of the EXIS team spoke with visitors on the day before and day of launch.
